Prana Vinyasa Yoga

I began practicing yoga in 2006, thus leading me to complete my first 200hr Certification in Vinyasa based yoga in 2010 at Evolve Movement in Raleigh, NC. After teaching in Colorado and North Carolina , I completed 200 hours of study in an affiliate program of Prana Vinyasa® Yoga and recently an additional 300 hours with Shiva Rea.

This focus with Samudra Global School of Living Yoga brings to my practice and teaching an array of intelligently sequenced yoga offerings. This lineage offers seasonally balanced, evolutionary movement meditation and Namaskars, Pranayama, creative movement, yoga asana, ritual flow, mudrasana, healing + wellness, and Yoga for All.

Maturing into my 40’s and evolving as a mother have connected me deeper to my personal Sva Dharma (most intimate self path) : creating healing space and moving through life with the ability to stay in my dharma even among life/global/personal turbulence. This is also my offering as a teacher.

I love teaching to all levels, including pre and post natal women. The beauty of the practice is that we can modify to find the right place for any who feel the call.
