This class aims to create a feeling state (bhava) of peace around sustainable postures that reroute patterns of anxiety and depression held in the body. The first half of class is a gentle Prana Vinyasa flow with plenty of modifications so that you can meet the practice where you are. The second half is Anjali restorative yoga with the use of props in which you can float deeply into a healing space.
By aligning with natural inner rhythms through gentle vinyasa flow, followed by answering the call to rest in restorative poses, Bhava Vinyasa provides ample time inside of a blissful healing state.
